Guest guest
This is addressed to all the men who read here. I really would love to hear from you regarding IE reading material from a male perspective. While I believe that IE is a process that is for HUMANS regardless of gender, I can't help but wonder if most of the literature is a tad more woman oriented than for guys? The only books I've noticed on the IE Book List here written by a man are - Diets Don't Work by Bob Schwartz, I Can Make You Thin by McKenna, If Not Dieting Then What? by Rick Kausman. If any of the male members here have read these, I'd love to hear if they found it as good or better for men than any other of the books. My husband has been hearing me chatter about IE and seen my eating patterns altering too. What I'd like to do is pass on to him something to read FOR HIMSELF so that its not me 'directing' him if he chooses to follow this process. He was always 'trim' until retirement & aging (50s? 60s?) began adding onto his 'middle'. Thanks ever so much for helping me, and him! with this.
