Guest guest
Hi Susie, If you are hungry, why not eat? It doesn't look to me like you are eating nearly enough, and if you are just starting, I would probably hold off on the Atkins shakes until after induction. Eat real foods, you could add more meat and more veggies. If the salad didn't have lots of veggies and other things in it, you have plenty of room left. The hardest things to remember when you start, particularly if you were doing low fat before, is that it is okay to eat when hungry and fat is your friend. The more fat you eat, the less hungry you will feel. I would probably also switch from creamer to cream, but it probably isn't a big enough amount to throw you off. As to the insomnia and headache, I don't know the answer, other than to take a Tylenol PM type of thing. Jean190/142/13512/7/
