Guest guest
Shirley! I am SO glad to have you back! We have missed you so much. You have been awfully busy, haven't you? I'm sorry to hear your Crohns has acted up. And that's really lousy about losing your alimony. I can't remember how much it was? Without it you should qualify for "extra help" from Medicare part D, huh? That would make the loss a little easier perhaps. Which CRAB-T are you on? I can't remember. hugs))Sharon This email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects. A little prayer support please This morning is September's Angel Food Ministries Distribution Day. I will be very busy all day with this event, plus we are training a new church on how to run a d-day operation. I have been up since 4am with excitement. This time last month I was using a walker, barely walking or functioning. Today I am up, ready to go and excited about the day. I do know though I need to PACE myself, rest some during the day and take time to breath; these are things I am not apt at doing yet. Suffice it to say, could you hold me up a little bit today? Talk to you all later! Love, Pegi in Indianapegihtonline (DOT) net Don't forget the worship is in the wait. Check out the hottest 2008 models today at Yahoo! Autos. Guest guest
Shirley!~ So glad to have you back with us! It's been too long. I am glad that you are doing alright. I can't under stand why your husband isn't paying alimony. Since you've been gone, I have gotten married. But, I'm already hating the first of every month. That is the day that I have to make out the dredded alimony check. All my dreams of having my own home are pretty much dashed now. But, I have decided to be the bigger person. In the memo section of the check, I have been putting Bible scriptures. Taking the "kill 'em with kindness", quite literally. And actually, it does help defuse my anger. Hope to hear from you soon. May God bless... Val A little prayer support please This morning is September's Angel Food Ministries Distribution Day. Guest guest
So sorry to read about your Dad, Kim. Was he ill? How closely are you being followed by your neuro? And--is he/her an MS specialist? Sounds as if you are doing really well watching your intake. How is the exercise portion coming? I forget--did you say last , you are swimming? A gluten free diet I think you will find very challenging to be on--but very beneficial as far as MS. MS is an inflammatory process, and many of us get 'inflamed' consuming gluten. I forget which CRAB-T, you are on...keep posting-we love to hear from you! blessings, kate hi i haven't been able to do my weigh in but i have a dress on that was too tight a few weeks ago so i know i am on the right track. but i have been keeping track of my caloric intake and am lucky to get 1000 calories a day, i am eatting more carrots and drinking water, i admit i didn't give up my pop yet i drink 1 cola a day and cut coffee down to 1 but i will inthe after noon have a can of grapefruit diet pop, figured it has 0 calories and gives me no caffeene but i enjoy the drink. just thought i would say hi, things are rough here emotionally the ones we co-rent with lady had to go to Toronto to be with her mom as she is in coma, and on Sept 28'th i lost my dad but unable to say good bye to him due to my illness as i have MS and it is getting worse. come Oct i am going to try to go on a gluten free diet see if that will help get my MS into remission or atleast will help rid me of migraines as it cannot hurt to try for a few months. Guest guest
Dear Kim:I am so sorry to hear about your father's death. I know how hard it is to lose a father and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Now as to your diet-- I recently started exercising. I do stretching with resistance bands and weight lifting with 6 pound hand weights. I can really feel a difference in my fatigue level (much better) and my overall health. Are you on any of the MS drugs? Let us know how you are doing. hugs)))Sharon This email is a natural hand made product.
