Guest guest
Hi , Those are FANTASTIC lab values! They show essentially normal kidney function for the creatinine and creatinine clearance. The only thing is that the protein is high, but as far as function, those numbers look absolutely great. Congratulations! I am just so happy for you. Guest guest
7/15 potassium 4.1 sodium 141 Added 2 bio-identical aldosterone 3000mg Klor-Kon potassium Swell on extra salt As you swell oon extra salt, it is a pretty good sign oyu need mroe potassiuj with it.3000mg is not a high dose when on aldosterone replacement and HC.,I would not be afraid to increase that 9/29 potassium 3.6 sodium 139 RBC potassium 86 range 42-150 mEq/L RBC Magensium 5.5 range 4.2 - 6.8 I don't notice much from the aldosterone, except that my resting pulse is 89-90 instead of 100, and I was able to drop HC from 40 to 30mgs That sounds fairly significant to me! Also increased estradiol & progesterone estrogen up from <15 to 36 postmeno progesterone up from 7.3 to 8.7 I would say you could use a bit mroe progesterone, but need the lab ranges ot be sure. Ferritin 108 (haven't taken any iron since 7/15 labs at 101) Antithyroglobulin Ab 30 range 0-40 TPO Ab <5 range 0-34 This looks pretty good but the Antithyroglobulin AB should come down even more,. FT3 up from 5.8 to 6.3 -- didn't increase from 75mgs Cytomel Serum glucose down from 85 to 70 (Was this change from more estrogen? Or maybe the aldosterone and less HC?) BP rises on standing Today's averaged temp 97.7 Have Hashi's, eat low carb I woudl say it is estrogne that lowered your glucose. What is the range for your FT3? I still feel very hypothyroid, have lots of headaches from intracranial swelling, & food allergies. Praying for suggestions. The doc insisted on an iodine loading test and hepatic function. Allergies are worst this time of year, so I'm sure she'll want me to do a liver cleanse and take iodine, Ugh.(excreted 72%, considered deficient <90%). See her Tues. Please help. Bless you a thousand times. -Irene Well you probably know how I feel about Iodine. Use caution and watch the antibodies. I htink more potassium may help your swelling isues and need mroe info fo ranything else.
