>Should I take less T3 or should I cut out one of the doses? I do not take

anything for adrenals.

I would try taking the same number of doses but splitting a tablet and

making one or 2 of the doses 12.5 instead of 25

Thinking about it you've been on T3 some time I think, it could be

receptors have cleared and you need less.

If you've been on it at least 10 weeks I would drop dose by half and

then build up again.

Hi Nick,

Yes I have been on T3 only, since last April. My Rt3 last test was <17 so I

know my ratio is good. That test I found out the results of in July. So if my

Rt3 was <17 in July, I would have probably still had receptors that had not been

cleared as of this fast pulse thing going on. I have lost more weight. Since

last week I lost another 4# so I'm thinking maybe I am getting a little too much

or maybe I should go by the weightloss after all, that is one of the sypmtoms

many of us are trying to get rid of. Thanks Nick, any more thoughts on this?

Sounds like you may have had a clearance then.

When that happened to me I dropped my dose down to 1/3 of what I had

been on and then ramped up over a week or so.

If your pulse is high and temperature high it's definately too much T3

(or an illness!).

If it's high pulse and low temperature then it may be adrenal.

If I were you keep an eye on pulse and temperature, drop dose pretty

dramatically, and work up over a few days going by pulse and

temperature as well as how you feel.
