Guest guest Posted May 5, 2008 Report Share Posted May 5, 2008 Does anyone have the problem of being hungry, ingnoring it for awhile and then being ravenous with resulting overeating? It seems like such a fine line and if your not near food you can go overboard when you do get near it. Is it possible to " time " your hunger so that doesn't happen?
