Guest guest Posted January 29, 2011 Report Share Posted January 29, 2011 This is correct for many of the codes, however some of the codes do not include fit and adjustment and billing the appropriate CPT for your time is appropriate. The L-code descriptor should have " includes fit & adj " next to the descriptor if this cost is already included in the L-code price/reimbursement.
