Guest guest
Okay, first of all, I had a great NSV this week. Someone told me the jeans I was wearing looked great. Well, that's all well and good, but the victory was that they were a size 40 and fit comfortably for the first time in years (I wore a size 52 when I first started losing weight). I was a size 44 when I started WW, so that means in just over a month I am down 4 inches. Also, there is a recipe Moe posted a while back for an ice cream pie with cocoa krispy's and chocolate as a crust. Thank you Moe! I made two for a party I have tomorrow, and although I may lose points for my ability to drizzle chocolate, it came out good for the first dessert I have ever made in my life! I am really learning to love cooking and spending time on variety in the kitchen! The people I hang out with are from church, and they always have tons of fruits and veggies at parties, so I've never overeaten at one of these events. Tomorrow will be no exception. Oh, I'm sick. Anyone ever tried to do low impact aerobics while under the weather? Step, two, three, sneeze, jump, two, three, sniff! It's not fun, but I made myself at least do a basic workout to sweat out the cold and just to make sure I stay in the habit of exercising! In Him, Jon Prayer is not overcoming God's reluctance, but laying hold of His willingness. — Luther
