As an adult,I am taking 12 grams a day.I just finished my last growth spurt a few months ago,so I am a little over 6' tall,and weigh about 105lbs.I take it with my cocktail,often on an empty stomach.

Great Question Ginger, I am interested as I dosed Jimmy three times a day - about a tablespoon each time. I scaled back after a month or so to just in the morning, but if his skin lost it's softness, I went right back to the 3 tablespoons per day dose...so what exactly is "high?"laura > > > > > > > > >> > > > >> > > > > this means you haven't found a source of what is keeping him there. what> > > > > testing have you done? what changes have you made? what things are you> > > > > doing?> > > > >> > > > >> > > > > * for those with recovered kids or nearly> > > > > recovered...> > > > >> > > > >> > > > >> > > > > been doing this 2 months without seeing any change --> > > > > how long had you been doing biomed before you started to see real changes?> > > > > what were the most influential parts of your protocols that you think> > > > > affected real change?> > > > >> > > > > thanks,> > > > > leah> > > > >> > > > > > > > > >> > > >> > >> >>

Hey ,

I don't mean to cut in on your conversation, but wanted to share info with you. You mentioned in an earlier post that you were pregnant. My Dr told me to stop vit A when I get pregnant. It's known to cause bith defects. I thought I'd share since you said you take CLO. You might want to research it.

You know, I don't know. I figured because it wasn't something I was going to do long term that I didn't think about the net effect. I take Cod Liver Oil. That is what Jimmy (3) received 3 tblspns of. For Jimmy, I now do CLO, and Coromega (as Coromega has a higher absorption.) For Rob (25) I do both CLO and Coromega (as I can put that in his lunch)(I currently take 3-4 tablespoons per day, as I get this skin thing where my hands hurt, and my skin peels and the high dose is the only thing that cures it. Or takes it away...)I do think there is overdosing on Vitamin A. I am not worried about Vitamin D (as he is low) -- and I can't imagine that any person in my house is too high in the Omegas..I wish I could say something definitive. However, when Jimmy was getting the 3 tablespoons he had hit a "light cold" - his skin was like sandpaper, and quite frankly, I really wasn't concerned with overdosing. That being said, when his

skin felt really soft and the sickness went away, I scaled back. -- So I played it by ear... He did get over the sickness before his skin felt soft. So, I decided when both issues subsided, I would scale back.Recently he started to get a "sniffle" and I dosed him 3 tblsp for a few days, and scaled back when that pesky sniffle was gone. He seems to do really well on it. So I think he probably needs the vitamin A. One more thing - he's a blood type A+ - and according to the blood type diet, he doesn't do well on beta carotene, so giving his the palmiate (ms?) is better (according to this book) for him anyway. Maybe this is the reason he does so well on his bio-available vitamins and CLO?I'm not sure I helped or confused the heck out of ya! :) > > > > > > > > > > > >
