Guest guest
Hi everyone, What is the normal dose of dessicated adrenals? I am on one a day multi-vitamin which has adrenal, pancreas & liver @ 20mg each and then 2 a day of the adrenal pills which each has adrenal tissue 250mg and adrenal cortex 200mg. So that makes 500mg, 400mg and 20mg. I ask because in the last few days I go to bed and fall asleep about 11.30 pm and sleep well till about 3am and wake as though it was 5 or 6 and either lay there, or have to get up to eat, till 6am when I take a nap for about 1-2 hours. Am I getting too much or is the cortisol kicking in early? I feel a bit weary at times but not as I used to but sure would like to get a full night again like I had a few weeks ago. Anyone else had this? Dawn
Guest guest
Dawn, That happened to me on adrenal supplement when I was dosing it twice a day. My late day dose seemed to interrupt my sleep a lot. When I began taking my whole dose first thing in the morning, the sleep problems went away. adrenals > > > Hi everyone, > What is the normal dose of dessicated adrenals? " I didn't actually get a copy of the result because it came in several days later from another lab. I will ask for a copy of it when i see him next.
