Guest guest
Good Penny. It is totally hard. I have had neckaches, headaches, exhausted, worried for 3 months. Maybe it's easier for some mom's because they have higher functioning kids and kids that can have phenols and dairy, but my kid reacts to everything and in a self-injurious way. She's on the the med's to clear the inflammation and I am doing the best I can with the diet and am proud of that. But it I can't be 100% all the time I'm not going to beat myself up over it. And she does eat very healthy! cashew butter concern and a RANT! > > > > I looked in the section under allowable nuts. It doesn't say what roasted > nuts may do to you.
