We do the epson salts every bath.  1 to 2 cups.   He does help b/c my 13 yro will put it in without me asking.  He has found it makes him feel/sleep better.    Do you mind if I ask you a question?   My son did a urine test and he didn't show he has yeast overgrowth but his food allergy test shows he is highly allergic to yeast.   We are on a GFCF diet along with avoiding yeast and all other things that he tested allergic to but how do you know if your child has a yeast overgrowth?  Does it show in behavior, learning, or what?   Can I test his urine to know?  Sorry I am dumb about this but I haven't found any reading materials about this.    Thanks, Jeanie  Son with Sensory, ADD, dyslexia, APD.

I think a cup would be close to 150 grams or 2 cups would be 300 grams or close as dry weight--I use a small water cup for a child as one cup --it is close.

The problem is that a " cup " that she is referring to is a measure of volume, but

a gram is a measure of mass.

So, depending on the weight (my guess)-- it's between 200-220 grams.
