More aggression and extremely whiney!

Does anyone know of something that could help with more aggression and extremely

whiney? My son is just unbearable right now. He is not using words very well

and he has no trouble using words usually. He is whining and just getting

frustrated and aggressive with everything right now. He does have a runny nose

which we are attributing to allergies. Not sure. Could the Zyrtec or Claritin

be making him worse? Help!
