Toni, what brand of GF soap shampoo do u recommend for young children? I haven't found any at the health food store? and I wonder if anyone knows if these baby shampoos affect the Doctors Data Hair Elements for metals test?

Yes, you should consider converting the household to GF or having separate pans. I have heard of even separate toasters. We have not done this, but the only gluten eater is my husband and we do not have a lot of bread here; he eats his gluten stuff out for the most part... or it is a tv dinner.

We have GF soap etc...You can also get digestive enzymes to help with trace amounts ingested, but they will not help with inhalants and gluten absorbed thru the skin. :-(

Hello Listmates!

My son has been on the GFCF diet exclusively for some time and have read that any minute amount of gluten or casein intake could prevent any positives and would be like starting from ground zero again or in other words like not being on a GFCF at all.

My question is if the entire family haven't bee on a GFCF diet, could residuals from our cutlery/pots/plastics etc...leech into his food during prep or storage and if so is it significant?

Should we consider GF dish soap? (I have gfcf bath soap and toothpaste)

What about GF clothing detergents?

What about spices? I have bought a GF VEGAN cubes that have a little of everything in it and mostly use fresh seasonings, but at times, I would like to use some seasonings but rarely would it say GF or CF or VEGAN or list ingredients....

Not sure if these were things folks have to consider as they are on the GFCF diet....but wanted to ask...

Thanks in advance for your input.

Regards,

Azeema
