Guest guest Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 Hi Hiten what about seeing if the patient has a issues with their neurodynamics (nerve root adhesions for spinal blocks on the THR) and nerve root adhesions on spine surgeries. start with flossing, using the technique that best affects the level involved. We have had some success with spinal manipulations on the THR. Ivashenko PT DPT OCS Edison NJ Drop Foot Lately getting a few drop foot patients from spine surgeries and THR.
