Marissa there are little cylindrical grinders for shedding cheese and your

fingers are protected. They have a manual handle that you rotate. I found

several models here: Look under shredders and graters. You'll have to get past

the pepper mills to find the vheese graters.

Marissa,

Whole Foods has excellent freshly grated Parmesan. It must be refrigerated and

not sit for too long.

Whole Foods has excellent freshly grated Parmesan. It must be refrigerated and

not sit for too long.
