Thinking about starting antiviral

Hello All,

This is my first post. I'm grateful

For the wealth of real world knowledge that this group provides. Our son, who

is 21 months old has speech delay and only says a few words(yes, no, mama, dada

and a few others).

He exhibits a few OCD traits from time to time, but at this time we don't have

an official diagnosis . We have been under the care of a homeopath, and he

takes a number of supplements(no drugs), along with a gfcf diet since july. To

be honest, he has not made little to any speech progress since any of the new

regiments.We are thinking about going a little more aggressive and introducing

valtrex/diflucan(complex antiviral approach). Just wondering if we are jumping

the gun, or if we should wait a little longer. A little background, My wife's

younger brother is severly autistic, so we have been watching out son closely

since birth. Any input is greatly appreciated.
