Guest guest
I just started moving the dose upwards until it relieved my circulatory symptoms.I use a 25mg spray from Coastal Componding, one spay in each nostril. I met a pharmacist yesterday, when I was getting my folinic acid refilled, who knows more about MB12,folate responsive anemia, and MTHFR mutations than ANY doctor I have seen so far. Shots typically start at about 1250 mcg and are given every 3 days. Some go higher and more frequent. You can't OD on MB12 so you can take what works for you. Go up as you feel you need. The pops are so high because absorption is low in oral. Cheryl ~http://www. gryffins- tail.blogspot. com ~@midian42~ I have wanted to start Methyl B12 for some time now and finally purchased some. Being that I live in a small town in maine, I had limited options. I purchased "NOW" brand MB12 100mcg Lozenges.Any idea where I can find info on dosing? My daughter is 4. My husband and I would also like to take it.We thought about getting RevitaPops, but our daughter doesn't like sweets, so she would never finish a pop= and the amount of MB12 in a pop is over 3,000mcg...Any ideas?
