Guest guest
I wanted to ask if anyone has/had experience with their child who would hold food in the mouth and wouldn't swallow it. When my son is really hungry, he would eat 5 or 6 bites and then he would stop swallowing and would "pocket" it in his cheek and hold it for hours if I let him. I know he can swallow the food, but I can't figure out why he stops chewing it and prefers to hold it in his mouth. Any ideas?
