we use coconut oil in everything we possibly can. It is hard to take straight so

I put it in smoothies, cook with it ( baking with it is easy , frying with it is

weird). I also use it for my sons skin. He was breaking out with topical yeast,

red rashes all over his body especially his stomach and around his thighs.

Coconut oil cleared it right up. I keep it on him to keep it away. It is really

miracle stuff. Use it in and out of the body!

I don't know how much OLE will do for any of the herpes viruses but I know Lysine is proven to be beneficial. It's all about the lysine to arginine ration. You want more lysine than arginine. Lower arginine intake and increase lysine. You can get more info at the HHV6 foundation's site.

Does anyone know if OLE is helpful specifically for HHV?
