You probably will still feel aches and pains etc. Especially if you're going down fairly fast on the prednisone. That, says the top US doc on PM, Dr. Fred , is a characteristic of going off prednisone until your body's natural stuff catches up. I recall when going down by 5 mg/month and I felt awful the first couple days after the switch each month. So, African princess, hang in there!!
