Guest guest
I eat a wide variety of carbs, which includes just about anything from the vegetable and nut list, and I even eat a few fruits. I do not worry about eating too many vitamin B's, since all of them are water soluable vitamins. Any excess vitamin B's ingested and not used by the body are excreted in the urine. lab test results - April 15 Hi Harry, What kind of carbs do you eat? The reason I ask is because you said you need a Vitamin B complex pill. I know you eat low carb, but it is important what kind of carbs you do eat because you find the B 12 vitamins in whole grains and cereals which your hart, etc. need.
