Guest guest
PTOS works well with appointments pro or you can go with thier scheduling system. They have an all in one system. I have used it as Billing Manager for a 18 therapist 2 facility office and loved all the reports I could get from it. They have a website PTOS.com. I encourage you to view and feel free to contact me. Guest guest
We’ve used PTOS, now owned by , since 2000. I wanted to add that their customer support is terrific. Yesterday I had a problem with an entry on an account and I got through to technical support in 30 seconds. My problem was solved in about one minute. Technical support should always be taken into consideration when purchasing software: a call-back lag of several hours can truly disrupt the efficiency of an office. PTOS is a responsive and pleasant company to work with. Viel, Office Manager Mt. Guest guest
We have used PTOS for years and enjoyed the program. If you do go to PTOS you will be using the new 4.5 system put out by and, really, it's almost totally different than the old PTOS. I highly suggest that if you do go with PTOS that you attend one of the training seminars. They have two types of seminars, one is lecture and one is hands on. My billing manager and myself attended the hands on training in Las Vegas earlier this month and it was very helpful. If anybody out there is still with PTOS 3.7 and moving to PTOS 4.5, DO NOT MERGE THE SYSTEMS. When you merge the systems it will take any old insurance balances and put them as a patient balance and that's a nightmare. Plus, there were some other issues. Pick a start date, say January 1, and run anything before that date off the old PTOS and anything after that date off the PTOS 4.5. I now get two AR reports, etc. and will continue to do so until the accounts in the PTOS 3.7 'dry up' but that is a heck of a lot easier than dealing with the merge. And in speaking with other owners and billing people while in Vegas, they all agreed. DO NOT MERGE. Matt Capo, PT Accelerated Physical Therapy and Occupational Health, Inc. Guest guest
I know PTOS has been mentioned a lot lately and I am wondering if anyone is using PTOS for both 1500 and UB billing. If so, would you please contact me as I have some questions regarding how you handle your billing processes. Thanks! Guest guest
I too have to recommend PTOS for their excellent support. We are having a few issues with the recent update but help is readily and quickly available when a problem comes up. From: PTManager [mailto:PTManager ] On Behalf Of Mt.
