Guest guest
To answer the ? about dosage, a copy of Dr Derksen's TACA presentation slides to our group here in WA state (she is the doc that worked with our herbalist & original WA group using this successfully). Note: To add further input, our herbalist was back in WA state for the last 2 months helping us further (he's continued his education working on his 2nd PhD in Lasers...he has a Masters in Herbs/PhD in nutrition and now finishing up his PhD in lasers...the experiences we've had this summer with him are absolutely incredible). One of the children that was having a hard time with even the dose below was put on 1 drop a day adminsistered in his belly button then worked up from there. Copied from my message #74052 on this group: ----------- From Dr Amy's powerpoint presentation to our WA TACA group (copied directly from her slide): 1. " LDM-100 • Doses: - Start slow and build up - Kids: 3-4 drops 4-6 times daily (max I have seen is 1 tsp 3 times daily) • Cautions: - Slow down or even pause if rash occurs - Timing with school, since the rash looks scary and contagious - I don't find this to be a 1st line anti-viral (do vit A, monolaurin, EFA's or olive leaf 1st) - Start to get metals under control 1st - The rash is NOT and indicator of effectiveness 2. It's as long as your child can tollerate or needs in, initially it's done in segments to give the body time to take a break, us parents term them " rounds " . A rounds is generally 60-90 days with about a 30 day break in between. The first couple of rounds you take the break and start back up with the reduced dosage. I highly recommend you get on some good liver supports, in our research Dandelion Root has been said to reduce the liver stress & lower the detox rash. Personal comments: My son has been off & on the LDM-100 for about 2 years now being one of the 1st in our WA control group under our drs guidance. The beginning of the summer he switched to BLt Microbial Balancer #1 from Clinical Response Formulas (which has LDM-100 in it) to further hit his Microbial load (viral load is no longer a stressor for him, but his lyme & friends load we are still working on. Adding in the BLt has really helped target his load and I've seen really good improvements...our appt last week added Phytofuge in for 1 month then back to just BLt. 3) I have given LDM-100 with L-lysine and others (like garlic & astragulas root), but I do not recommend starting with it....just start with the LDM-100 initially as it's pretty strong. Just making sure that you've done other lower level anti-virals...please note her comment that it's not a 1st line anti-viral. To help you further here's a copy of some of the other slides from Dr Amy's powerpoint. Guest guest
It is great topically if you get a pimple or cut. I deal with parasites and if I get any pimples on my neck inside my hairline with the full moon, LDM-100 zaps them in a day. I take my regular doses orally, but it is a great topical antibiotic as well. > > > > > > > > > > DS has high measles titers - he doesn't show any other high viral titers. We did the high dose Vit. Guest guest
When theres a full moon there are more positive ions in the air and parasites like to breed when there is an increase in positive ions. x To: mb12 valtrex From: karenhammes@...Date: Fri, 8 Oct 2010 11:11:14 -0700Subject: Re: Re: Anti-viral Treatment : Next Step LDM-100 dosage info Great to know. Guest guest
Just to reinforce what caryn has mentioned about the pimples in the hairline comment, here's some more of Dr Derksen's TACA slides on this. After the parasite slides, I also added the slides on yeast/fungas for you in case you're interested...HTH's: Clinical signs of parasites • Rashes on the chest or neck • Discoloration around the mouth • Males often have risky behaviors • Aggravations around the full moon (bloating, irritation, etc) • Pimples on the head within the hair (newer stool test from Metametrix uses a DNA probe for better sensitivity) My favorites for treating parasites (the most difficult to lab test, but the 1st thing to treat) • BioPure organic freeze dried garlic • Rizol oils • Artemesia pulsed in high doses 3 days on every 2-3 weeks • Vermox/ Mebendazole (100mg BID * 3days, then repeat after 3 weeks) • Biltricide (600mg TID for one day then repeat in 2-3 weeks) • Alinia (prescription dose varies) • YES Herbal liquid • It seems to be very effective to follow prescription parasite medications with homeopathic support Clinical signs of yeast/fungus •Gas and bloating • Lower abdomen is resistant to weight loss • Kids- high pitched squealing, silly , flushed cheeks and stimming • White coating on the tongue • Brain fog and fatigue • Vaginal or anal irritation/itching/redness • Headaches • Weakness/ fatigue • Sugar cravings • Stinky BM's • Light sensitivity • Rashes • Memory loss or concentration difficulties • Joint pain and morning stiffness • Shortness of breath • Sinus congestion • Numbness and tingling • Skin sensitivity • Muscle aches and pains Treating Fungal Issues • Diflucan (Fluconazole) for 1-3 months continuous (this also helps to address the Lyme issue)- it is also inexpensive now • Rizol Gamma- oral, topical or rectal • mphotericin B (250mg BID oral dosing for 6 weeks) • Brainchild Nutritionals yeast rotation • Probiotics (like Klaire Therbiotic Complete, VSL#3, Custom Probiotics or BioImmersion Beta Glucan probiotic to stimulate gut immunity) " Treating Fungal Issues • Saccharomyces (Florastor)- DAN! protocols now say to use up to 9 daily!!! • Grapefruit Seed Extract- (hint: it hides best in grapefruit juice) • Candicid Forte (herbal blend without garlic) • Nystatin for 1-3 months or longer (wimpy) • Ketoconazole or Sporanox in more severe cases • For external yeast-related irritation, keep area clean and dry, apply clay-based powder like Magick Baby and clean area with diluted vinegar wash ( www.magickbotanicals.com) > > > > > > > > > > > > DS has high measles titers - he doesn't show any other high viral titers. Guest guest
Both...mainly depends on the person & what the application is. Some use it topically for certain applications (cuts, skin eruptions etc)...it can sting some w/open wounds so well add some extra things like aloe/neem gel & manybe some calendula oil to settle it down...heals nicely w/this combo. It was initially to much for some of our WA group so the herbalist had them use it topically...as I stated even 1 drop topically on their belly button. With what we've learned with some outstanding docs, we apply it topically then laser it into the skin for a few min after applying topically. Guest guest
One other topical application we've used it for toenail fungus. We've had great success treating toenail fungus by applying 1 drop to toenails every day. We've used this successfully on several including my nephew....my sister in law was amazed & is now a true LDM-100 advocate. The worst toe on my nephew, his big toenail was thick w/fungus. She faithfully applied 1 drop on each toe everyday...after 1 week the worst 2 including the big nail fell off....the rest that were not as bad just cleared up. The 2 that fell off regrew in normal. Guest guest
One other comment on the parasite issue. We've had several stool tests & the parasites never showed up, yet we met several of the clinical signs layed out below. I saw good improvements when treating. fyi, our personal treatments have consisted of several herbs & homeopathy including my personal favorite which has been the Barlow Herbal's ia (info below...other than loving their products which were recommended by our high level docs I have no financial benefit from them) Rita: http://www.barlowherbal.com/product_info.php?products_id=36 & osCsid=11127362ad90c\ ce7ebd4efa56ab63fe8 " Anti-Parasital Most plants existed hundreds of thousands of years before we humans " arrived. " Most plants had to find their way to survive and to reproduce. They had to be stronger than their enemies. Most plants developed a wide arsenal of " chemicals " that are sufficient protection against insects, worms, amoebas, bacteria, or viruses. Early animals, and early humans, learned to use those plants to protect themselves from their own parasites and diseases. Human internal parasites are close relatives of other worms, bacteria and viruses that attack plants. Three plants: Black Walnut, Wormwood and Cloves developed extremely strong natural chemicals, potent to " kill " or " scare " most enemies, but in the same time not too harmful for us, humans. Black Walnut developed strong protection for its seeds – nuts. Wormwood developed strong protection for its leaves and flowers. Cloves developed strong protection for its flowers. These three plants have been highly appreciated by humans, hundreds of generations before us. The anti-parasitic power of Black Walnut Hulls and Wormwood are well known to alternative practitioners. ia-100 is a unique handcrafted herbal tincture combining Green-Black Walnut Hulls, Wormwood and ground Cloves. ia-100 is the precise formula recommended and used by Dr. Hulda R. a to deal with many parasites. According to Dr. , the combination of these three ingredients will kill both the egg and the adult stages of 100 different internal parasites, including amoebas, giardia, many worms and liver flukes, which she attributes as cause of serious illness in many people who are unaware that they are affected. The real secret of this formula is the use of the dark green hull surrounding the black walnut, which is utilized within a short time after harvesting before it turns black, at which time it loses sits potency. The clove used in ia-100 is freshly ground and immediately added to the tincture, because exposure to air evaporates the desired properties, which are preserved in the liquid tincture. The standard dosage of ia-100 is 10-15 drops in purified water every three hours. If well tolerated, increase dose to 20-25 drops before meals. Standard treatment would last from 4 to 8 weeks, but in between every 2 weeks there should be a one week break. One 2oz bottle contains 1200 drops, enough for 15-30 days at recommended dosage levels. *This product has not been evaluated by the FDA. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. " > > > > > > > > > > > > > > DS has high measles titers - he doesn't show any other high viral titers. We did the high dose Vit.
