Guest guest
Someone shared: " Pre supper reading tonight was 112. I had an 8 ounce T-Bone Steak, 4 cups of garden fresh green beans, 1 garden ripe tomato, 1 baked sweet potato, and 1 cup of canalope. After supper we took a 2 mile walk. Then when we returned I took my 2 hour test and my reading was 104. " The exercise played a large part in these results. With moderate to hard physical exercise muscle cells don't use insulin to take glucose from the blood. In the case of fast pace walking the leg muscles being the bodies largest play a large role. I can drop glucose 20 or so points with7 or 10 minutes of moderate resistive exercise after a meal. This is at the 1 hour peak mark with a before and after measure.
