The beginning one says it is only 1 AP for under 215 pounds, which is where I fall. When you use e-tools on the WW site for 30 minutes low impact aerobics you get 3 APs, why so few for the WW ones?, you are doing a moderate intensity workout ... at least I am. Anybody have any ideas? Just curious more than anything. I think personally I am going to give myself 2 APs, to be sort of middle ground.
