Guest guest
Good morning everyone I got my implants in 2003. At that time, the first signs that I started having was brain fog and frequent yeast infections. The weird blood work & joint pain did not start until after my baby was born last year. My guess is that the implants are starting to break a little more & trace amounts may be settling in my joints causing the inflammation. Also the lack of sleep with the new baby & added stress I think has really kicked it up a notch. Based on my bloodwork, the doctors are stumped. They say it looks like lupus or a connective tissue disorder, but it really isn't. I always was interested in herbs/vitamins/natural cures even prior to the implants & am going even more hardcore with it now. I used to go for QXCI/electronic biofeedback therapy, but have not had the money since I haven't been working. I also have a infared dry heat sauna in my home that I use when I can. It always gives my skin a healthy glow & I think may help with the yeast infections & sinus troubles a little. They are so frequent.. Since I haven't had the money to go to my naturopath (he doesn't do insurance) I've just been referring to my " Prescription for Nutritional healing book " & trying things on my own. I'm basically looking at the protocol for Lupus & Rheumatoid Arthris even though it isn't exactly what I have. Morning: (on Empty stomach) 1-2 caps of Fungal Defense (by Garden of Life) and/or extra acidolpilus added Later in morning: 2 caps of Herpanacine 2 high dose Vitamin C 2 Coenzyme B-complex caps by Country Life With breakfast 1 digestive enzyme 1 Multivitamin (or ACES) supplement 1 Oil of Oregano by Solaray 1 Fenugreek/Thyme by Nature's Way Then later with lunch: 1 more digestive enzyme 1 more mutivitamin (or ACES) 1 Mega EFA 1 Evening Primrose oil In between meals I usually take a squirt of liquid Collodial Silver , or Olive Leaf extract or Nature's Sunshine ALJ (for sinus trouble) And then with dinner I'll usually take 1 digestive enzyme 1 Super Bromelain 1 more round of EFA's 1 Grape Complete with Pine Bark (Pycnogenol) Cal.Mag liquid supplement And sometimes throw in 1) DHEA or 1)L-Glutathione in between later in the evening on an empty stomach. I also drink a LOT of water and sleep with a vaporizer going and put in Essential Oils. Usually Lavendar & some sort of immune system combination. Sometimes I switch the supplements up depending on how I'm feeling. I write down what I eat & take so I don't forget because my memory is TERRIBLE. I also have found if I take lesser amounts of stuff but spread it out throughtout the day I feel better. If I take too much & /or something I don't need, I get a headache. For some reason, I almost ALWAYS get headaches after taking Glucosamine. You'd think that's what I need with the joint pain, but I really think this is more a detox/fungal/inflammatory problem. Sounds like a lot of do everyday but you get used to it & it becomes routine. The only thing I wish is that I was healthy anyway WITHOUT having to take so much. I know once my implants are out, I'll be a lot better off. It's just a money issue at this point. I know this is a LOT of information, but if anyone has any ideas, I am totally open to anything else, suggestions, etc. Take care everyone & God bless
