Guest guest
Someone asked: " Does honey raise your glucose levels like sugar or refined carbohydrates do? Just asking, because I would like to know. " Me: It can, table sugar contains about 50 percent each glucose and fructose. Honey contains almost exactly the same. It is a processed carb, the bees do it. XB IC|XC
