Foot bath

I did one foot bath where nothing appeared to be coming out . . .

Turns out the black box (tranformer?) was sitting on the carpet where air flow was impeded, and my son had just finished a treatment . . . After cooling down, it worked just fine.

When the unit gets hot, it quits working. The instructions that come with Ionic Oasis recommend giving it a time out to cool down before using.

The unit should be warm, not hot. Using too much salt can result in overheating too.

If there doesn't appear to be any "action" around the array units, it's probably not working at the time. At least that was the case for me when nothing was coming out.

Thanks Rogene - I was wondering how it worked for sure. There were alot of black "things" floating on the top - YUK!!!!

My feet seem to be tingling alot worse since doing it. Is that normal?

Tell your husband I would be a little grossed out with worms also :) Although better getting them out than letting the fester in!!!!

Much Love,

Beth

The water will turn a golden color without feet in it . . . part comes from the array, and part from the salt and water.

The really dark color means it obviously worked for you! . . . Amazing, isn't it?

You can tell it's working by looking at the top of the array, where it goes into the water. There will be a little bubbling action there.

A friend came over to use my computer to order a foot bath tonight . . . She and her husband been using commercial units for the past year. Many $$$$$! . . . She said that after a trip to China, very tiny little worms were coming out of her feet!

She managed to gross my hubby out! . . .

Tingling is pretty common.. .However, be sure to double up on your mineral intake whenever you do a foot bath. If your feet feel like they're burning, go heavy on Calcium and Magnesium. If you take too much, you'll just get the runs! You can't overdose.

I have no idea what the black "things" may have been . . . I've seen tiny specks looking like finely grown black pepper, but nothing larger.

That's exactly what I told my hubby . . . I'd much rather have them out, than in!

My feet feel better this morning - although stil some mild sensation. I am not taking a mineral supplement at this time - but did not think that doing one foot bath would hurt without them. I am going to see a ND on Monday and hope to get a good supplements. If not, I am looking into ordering off of Garden of Life or Standard Process. I just was so unsure which ones to start on and exactly what to start on that I thought it would be best to consult with my ND first. I have very high hopes that he can point me in the right direction. I am under the impression he has worked with others that have had problems since having cosmetic sugery - although I am not sure if any were

implants. I know he has worked with several after they have had tummy tucks and liposuction......

I'll keep everyone posted on how it goes!!!!

When I first got my ionic foot bath. I ran a test run with just water. As everyones tap water may be a little different in regards to minerals in the water. This test allowed me to see how dark my water would turn before feet were added. In my case, my water only turned a dark yellow, it didn't turn orange or even brown. When I add my feet, my water color is horrendous. tommygirl18_1981 <tommygirl18_1981@...> wrote: Ok girls...I got and tried my first foot bath. I

have a question....I turned it on and then put my feet in. Before I put my feet in I noticed the water started to already turn yellow. I looked on the website and noticed they mentioned that if you did not put your feet in that it could and would still turn shades of yellow to brown. How can you tell when it is working for you or not? I put my feet in and it turned a really DARK brown. However, if it would still turn that color without my feet - how do I know it is working???Beth-

I commonly have large black flecks in my water also. I was told at a spa that does these type of treatments that those are heavy metal flecks. saxony01 <saxony01@...> wrote: Beth . . . - thanks for sharing your info. I feel better talking to someone who also had the black specs in he bath. I am going to try to run it without my feet to see what color it turns - although it was gross when my 30 mins are up. I could not even see my feet in the bottom of it!!!!
