Guest guest Posted November 3, 2010 Report Share Posted November 3, 2010 Does anyone in an outpatient setting keep track of the % of discharges that were due to the patient meeting their goals vs. other reasons for discharge (attrition, non-compliance, plateau, insurance issues, etc.).
