Fantastic! I'm so glad you have done more research and decided

against implants! You are wise!

Dr. Huang in Denver is the doctor we've used for fat transfers,

though there are other doctors that do this too. I believe she

trained under a different guy who developed a more specialized

technique for doing the fat transfers. knows his name.

However, fat transfers to the breast are not without risk, and not

permanent. Often the fat will dissipate. One of our girls who had

the fat transfers done has already written that she didn't think they

took.

Please do more research on this. It is not a technique that is

approved by many doctors and the ASPRS.

Hi Checkered VooDoo Doll - I believe your scheduling conflicts with

the breast aug were Divine Intervention. So glad you didn't go

through with it. I don't know a lot about fat transfers but there

may be risks as well and I've heard some complain that the

fat " doesn't take " and gradually disappears. - PH

Hi PH,

I just had fat transfers done in Nov. I'm pretty happy with it.

From what I have learned, diet is extremely important! I was advised

to not lost weight for 12 weeks after surgery and eat a lot of " good

fats " . Since I am on a Candida diet, I only eat good fats no

saturated fats what so ever. The healthier you eat is the key. I

have been concerned about the fat not taking however I am eating the

healthiest I have in my whole life so I feel pretty confident. Lynn

had it done several months ago and is doing great! I recommend it

only if you eat properly and take it seriously. Not everyone does

that.

Contact her and ask.

But, I will tell you that there is a newer procedure being done in

Japan where they are using stem cells with the fat. In a few years

that will be here and hopefully will do away with implants

altogether. I would wait.

I remember that, but not who it was.I'm currently trying to get the name, off a pro-implant board, of a surgeon other than Dr. Huang who does fat transfers to the breasts. It's a man. A woman named Caz just had an explant, and he offered to do fat transfers either at the same time or later. She opted to wait, but I'm trying to figure out from her who this guy is, and where he is.
