Guest guest
Yesterday morning while my husband was taking a shower, I was looking in the mirror at how I looked in my new 34A that I was about to wear to work for the very first time. My husband turned off the shower, and as he was stepping out of it, he was behind me, facing the mirror I was looking in. I told him in a firm tone that was meant to inspire confidence in myself, " Good things come in small packages. " He mumbled something like, " Gee, thanks. " He thought I was talking about him! (Having just stepped out of the shower, he had nothing on.) I told him I was talking about my things, not his thing, but he didn't seem fully convinced. (I've posted before that he's told me he thinks his thing is small.) Definitely something to add to the list of " What not to say " !
