Nan ~

I believe that part is fibro and part is

adrenals.....when your adrenals are punky

you will worsen with exercise......that is a

huge sign ! !

I am taking magnesium 760 mg a day,

with calcium 1162 mg and 900 vit D

spread out thru the day, and it is helping

considerably ! !

I truly feel if you support the adrenals, and

add Magnesium Calcium and D several times

a day that you would feel so much better.

It does take time to get into your system.

I highly recommend kefir as well. I drink it

2-3 times a day. I have my father on it to, at

least 2 times a day.......it is amazing how much

better you feel. You are in my prayers girl,

this has been a long tough road for you.

Nan- was just telling us about a protocol that really helped

with her fibromyalgia, here is the website:

http://www.fibromyalgiatreatment.com/GuaiProtocol.htm

Also, Dr.Kolb recommends Corvalen M for fibromyalgia. Here is some

info on that:

Nan,What is your typical menu when you're following the diet strictly.I get the feeling you're cutting out some of the foods you need . . especially healthy oils, nuts, whole grains, etc. You need more than veggies, with a little fruit and protein. I don't think you should lose weight on the diet if you're getting enough calories and nutritious foods. Are you going to do The Maker's Diet online with the girls in January? Hugs,Rogene
