I'm not clear on what is meant by a " burnt out " inflammatory myopathy..... Exactly what does this mean? Does it mean you no longer have active PM? Also, when they said " Severe myopathic changes approaching endstage muscle; " .... are they still saying the PM has reached it's point and has then burned out?
