Guest guest
And this is how you know you aren't ready to stop antivirals. Been there, done that. 9 months is rarely long enough on antivirals. But if you restart, you'll probably want to restart with a new antiviral. Guest guest
Try LDN instead for immune support.. I liked it better it works in a different way.. but my son reacted to the mushrooms .. since they are fungus.. and we do yeast free diet with him. Also did you do a stool test to see which antifungal would work better.. the tests can show which strands of yeasts .... > > > I have been trying to figure out what is going on with my sin, 4, ASD. Guest guest
For many kids they need antivirals until the big cure comes along. My son has been on them since he was about 10. He is now 22. We have to switch to another after he builds up a tolerance and it stops working. Regression is expected if you stop them. So far there isn’t a cure for viruses. Guest guest
I realize this is going to sound naive here, but can't the immune system be build up and the body boosted with lots of probiotics, pill form and kefir, etc.? Like I said, I realize this is probably naive, but I am stupidly hopeful still. Martha > > For many kids they need antivirals until the big cure comes along. Guest guest
Not if it's already stressed to the point where it can't - and autism is an immune dysfunction, IMHO. Every system that is not functioning properly is related to immune function in one way or another.
