I havent written in a long time, but figured I would today. I have been doing good have been super busy. I am down from 325 to 240. WE took the kids to worlds of fun last weekend and I was worried about being to heavy that I would break the ride or something, but after I got over my fear I had a great time. YOu asked about size the other day, I would love to be a size 10-12 or single digits would be nice to. I am in a size 18-20 now. I hope everyone is having a great day, Jana

I workout and watch what I eat. For breakfast I have a slimfast, for lunch I eat lean cuisne then for dinner I eat whatever everyone else does just in smaller portions. I made my husband go walk with me and I get in this groove of walking fast and he was mad cause he had to jog to keep up with me. I hope everyone is having a nice night, Jana

You know, I have a problem with walking to fast also! hahaha I don't know what it is exactly, but when I get out there and start it's like my body has a mind of it's own!! Yrs ago I walked so much one day that my body got tired and wanted to stop...but I hadn't finished my walk. I told my body no that it wasn't going to stop and I pushed it and when I did out of the blue it's like I got an extra boost of energy from somewhere! Never had that happen to me before...but the tiredness went away and when it did come time to stop my walking, my legs didn't want to cooperate with me!!!! hahaha they wanted to keep walking!!! I was like (Now wait a minute! I'm the one thats in control here not you!) hahahahaha Finally I stopped!! How I have no idea! haha

I can understand the hubby getting upset cause he's probably not used to that yet....but maybe he will not give up and he will continue to walk with you!!

Love & Hugs,

Audry

, I hope you can get in your time at curves. I'm sure you will be able to melt the 4 pounds back off soon. I did the same thing recently. I done got mine back off and heading in the downward slope again thank goodness. At least untill tomorrow. We are going to the golden corel for supper. So I imagine I will gain a quick 10 pounds overnight.LOL I'm gonna wake up tomorrow and eat very slim all day to try and compensate for tomorrow night. I hope to maybe get in a bit of exercise too. I can gain 15 pounds in eating them rolls alone.LOL But as I said before I want this to be a lifestyle change so I'm not banning no place or no food. I just hope I have the strenght to use some common judgement and restraint and try not to gorge myself:)I know I will gain some from it but I hope with eating slim in the a.m. and exercise the next few days it wont stay on me long. I very seldom eat out at a buffet. Oh.....I do have something to report. Yall' know how I have been saying my mini goal is to lose to one smaller pant size. Well I have a smaller size pants sitting on my dryer and every so often I try them on. Well tonight I tried them on, they went on! I can't breathe in them.LOL but they went on I got them buttoned and zipped! Then quickly got them off so I could breathe again. LOL No, seriously it wasn't that bad. They was tight so I am not claiming the victory of my mini goal just yet. I want to be able to fit better in them before I do that but I feel so close!

Well....

The number is in (LOL) I only weighed this a.m. - forgot to measure. I gained 4 lbs so now that I am recommitted to following my h/f plan, I know it will go away again. Probably rather soon, since I am also going to be on top of my workouts at Curves and walking.

If I remember in the a.m. I will measure before work.

Today = study day, so off I go.... hope you are all having a great weekend

I love Golden Coral - we usually get to once a visit to my sister in GA- that's like oonce every 2 years LOL. The pants - I can totally relate - mine are on the freezer in my room - found them cleaning out stuff - don't remember buying them - anyway they go one and they zip - but if I sit in them - I'll pass out!!! - I keep thinking 5 pounds might do it! Hope we're both into them before long! <sandra.mygroup@...> wrote: . We are going to the golden corel for supper. Body weight fluctuates day by day, hour by hour. Stay the course and

eventually it'll go downward again.

I agree with all the above. As long as all I have to do is look at it out my

window it's fine, but when 6 or more inches of it falls and the city plows

my car under and it ices over so it takes a thaw and an ice pick to get it

out 2 weeks later, I hate it!

But not for a long, long time! Winters seem to last longer each year the

older I'm getting! LOL

Oh, no! Hopefully he can kick it faster this time.

Hi ,So glad to hear you have your explant date. Sending you support, hugs and prayers your way.Take care,Traci <od_1488@...> wrote: I'm on my way. Waiting now to make my appt for surgery. My consultation with Dr. Kolb is Jan 9th. I think my pre op may be the 10th and surgery the 11th but not sure yet. Dr. Kolb called last night to ask questions about my implants. She then informed me that if I get a lift I won't get the doughnut incision because I have so much loose skin. So more scars for me.

She mentioned a lolly pop incision which I guess is the line that goes from the bottom then around the areola. Have any of you had this lift from Dr. Kolb? I don't think she has pics of that lift on her sight. I have seen other pics on other sights and some of them look kinda bad. I'm nervous about it, I know my health is more important but I'm just weird about these kinda things. Don't have the greatest self esteem as it is. So thanks to all of you nice enough to reply and be supportive. You're very special. Hope all of you are doing well. No hour of life is wasted that is spent in the saddle. ~Winston Churchill

- I'm so excited that you have your pre-op scheduled and you

are on your way. Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about scars that

a lift may leave behind. I now it's difficult not to worry, but scars

fade with time! I had knee surgery a year and a half ago and I can

barely see the incision today. I know it's different when the scar is

on your boobs, but just remember that they will fade so much that in

a couple of years you will hardly notice them. I've heard Dr.Kolb

does great work, so you are in really good hands.

The importaant thing is that you will be on your way to healthy again

in no time! We'll all be there to support you through this!

Love, Krista

,

Sorry to hear you can't get the donut lift... I would e-mail Dr. Kolb and ask her if she can share some pics of her patients with the lollypop incision, lots of patients will share there pics... You can also call and ask her for a patient of Dr. Kolb's to call you and talk to you about the same procedure to see if they are happy... I think our had that type of surgery incision, but not with Dr. Kolb.... Don't worry you will be in good hands and the most important thing is to get them implants OUT...

God Bless,
