It does take time to fluff out...Up to a year... You should fluff nicely in a few months, then slowly for the next year.. So glad there gone.. I remember seeing my boobs for the first time and feeling like I was going to cry! I promise they change A LOT! I had NOTHING there when I got out of surgery, but slowly I am getting breast tissue back....it really is amazing. So, hang in there...I am 5 weeks post-op now and my boobs look nothing like they did for the first 2 weeks.
