One of the best doctors to help women get well is Dr. Harbut,

I think he is in Southfield MI.

Hi Devon, I am not a "newbie". I have been on this site for some time now. I have been what you would call a "silent sister" for a while. I go a few days to a week without reading posts and then I get overwhelmed with all of them. As I read on, I see that what I want to post has long been covered. So, I end up not saying much. I had a visit with Patty last month in Vegas and she tried to convince me to speak up more. She is such a sweat heart. As far as my explant is, I don't talk about it much. I guess I am struggling with it more, so I dont' talk much. I used Dr. Feng, she did a beautiful job. Like I stated, they look the same as they did before implantation. I was not happy with my boobs then, and I stuggle with loving them now. I am small and I still remember how "cute" I was with my size C's. I know I am healthier with the implants out because I was

close to dying with them. I am trying to type up my story for Gretchen's site. I am almost two years post explant and as I can do more then I could then, I am not back to normal yet. I still struggle with all the same symptoms, just with less intensity. I have been dealing with horrible hormonal issues and been depressed alot lately. I have so much to be thankful for and it all begins with this support group and then to Dr. Feng. She is an excellent surgeon, she made my scars very thin. I loved her staff also, they are all so caring. You will feel taken care of. DEVON <devonandbob@...> wrote: Hi , Sorry I'm late in saying hi to you and the other newer newbies. I'mpretty new here, myself. Just wanted to ask you if you got a lift or"just" an explant? If your boobs look just like they did before, andyou think they look awesome, doesn't it make you wonder what sort ofbrainwashing we get to not make us think they look awesome BEFORE weget the implants? It's sad. But you got rid of them, hooray for you,and I'd love to know more about your explant, as I'm waiting for acall next week to get pricing info and particulars from Dr. Feng'soffice. We will probably be driving down, and we're in Vermont, almost Canada, but she is much closer than Dr. Melmed or Dr.Kolb. Thanks! Hi ,

I can certainly relate to being overwhelmed with all the posts. I

have to dive back into my work today as soon as I'm done answering

anyone who replied to me. I'm sorry I misunderstood about your before

and after feelings about yourself. Thank you for the positive on Dr.

Feng. I hope we can afford her.

Hugs to you,

I should know the answer to this- she always told me how religious the town is. I think she grew up Lutheran, and I think I remember her calling her dad "Phil". (not to his face) Last I saw her, she had a little baby boy. That was in 2000. I don't know what her married name is. Re: New member with a question, thanks!>>,>Thanks so much for your help!
