Guest guest
Hi Carol, Like everything else it is not everyone, as each of us are pretty individual about how food effects us. However a few parents have commented that constipation seems worse after starting the yogurt. For some it just helps to firm up stools. Since enzymes can cause constipation, I'm guessing that the natural enymes found in yogurt are causing the constipation. For those who are taking enzymes and yogurt it might be a good idea to cut back on the enzymes if there is a problem while taking yogurt. This should let the body adjust. Another to start small and gradually increase Another thing to do is try to increase water intake and the amount of cooked vegetables and cooked fruits. If all this fails you could move onto the constipation protocol on the BTVC site in the Knowledge base.
