He is not removing them en bloc and I know how you all feel about that, but he is going to suction out the saline and then remove the sac and capsule,through the incision around my areola. I hope everythng will turn out o.k I am scared... I think I just have to try to let go of the fear and let him do his job at this point. He did say I have no contracture what so ever and the capsule is more than likely going to be very thin. I guess that is a good thing. I will be in touch soon. I may ask him again before I go in about removing them enbloc but I think he really feels I do not need to.
