What's funny is that my skin takes on the yellowish tint at times, and then, for days running, all my skin, including my face and hands, will be all pink and rosy. Can't remember, but I'm wondering if it could be during the times that either my thyroid has taken another dive, or during the times that I'm getting sloppy about taking my general vitamin-mineral supplement. It's the one that has the vitamin A in it, but it only has half of a day's requirement. I have to really work at it mentally to take in those 5 a day fruits and veggies, and I sometimes get careless about that, but not so often any more.

Re: Re: sensitive teeth

Did you know that hypos have a LOT of trouble converting Vitamin A to the more useable form? This would be a main nutrient for the gums. I also have this problem, so I'm wondering if I don't need a little more Vitamin A? It's a thought.

Hi Kathy,

I like the Arm & Hammer one that has a mint taste and works well.

Well I had my semi annual visit to the dentist andlearned something new. It seems thatapproximately 9 out of 10 people who use whiteningtoothpaste develop sensitivity. She and the dentistrecommended using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth, but I hate the way Sensodyne tastes. It's better thanit used to be, but I still think it's nasty. Theysaid that Crest has one for sensitive teeth now.
