We started him on Nu-thera vitamins but there's no Calcium in that. He does eat broccoli several times a week and I'm making hazelnut yogurt as we speak but...... Do all of us CF supplement for calcium? I'll check out fitday.com to see if they can figure how much he is getting and if it's enough. Thanks! Guest guest
I use Cal-Assimilate from Klaire Labs - It does not seem to have any illegal ingredients and has supporting minerals to increase the absorption of the calcium. You have to order it through one of their distributors. You can call Klaire labs to find one of their distributors at - or look up their website. love, Vidya Chrystee wrote: Hey all!
