My last test, the Free T3 came back 3.6 and the total T3, 185. Free T4 was 1.15

and total T4 7.0 (4.5-12.0)

I take 10mcg of Cytomel and I was up to 2 grains of NT but I'm about out and

can't get any so using only 1 grain. I figure I can use more of the Cytomel.

Also I'm using a generic version of the Cytomel too.

Is that level still low? I have noticed some improvements on some days in how I

feel but it's not a constant thing. I'm thinking of going up 5mcg now. I've been

at 10mcg for 8 weeks. However, I've been weaning down on the HC from 20 and I " m

now at 10mg.

My RT3 was 390 after being on Armour and low doses of HC (10-15mg)for 6 months.

Then the doctor told me to take the 10mcg of T3. The RT3 went down to 217 on

just that little dose. But I had gone up 5mg of HC too at the same time. Maybe

it's the HC. And my ferritin went up a bit too from 31 to 51 during this time.

So ferritin went up, I was on a little more HC and 10mcg of T3 and the RT3 went

way down. Should I increase the T3 by 5mcg and take it midday.

I take 1 grain of NT with 5mcg after breakfast. Then I would take 5mcg of T3

around 5pm and the other 1 grain of NT at bedtime.

How should I dose:

T3: 5 at breakfast, 5 around 1? and 5 around 5pm?

I'm noticing that since I went down on the HC I'm getting hot feelings and I

take estrogen every day too. Can't figure why that is happening now too. I don't

know if my estrogen is really low and the HRT is not enough, or if it's because

I went down on the HC.
