Guest guest
dear jodie, i've started to order an appetizer and a soup at restaurants because i think most of the time the portions of entrees are insanely huge! alex ----- Ursprüngliche Mail ----Von: forumjodie An: IntuitiveEating_Support Gesendet: Montag, den 5. I am much better off if I start with a very small portion -- something the size of a lean cuisine. I usually have it with a nice portion of vegies. I give myself total permission to make something else if I'm still hungry afterwards and sometimes I am. But often I find I do feel full.On the other hand, if I have a large portion in front of me, like the give at most restaurants, I tend to keep eating and eating despite my best intentions. I takes a supreme effort of will for me to push that plate away. If it helps, I have noticed that even my naturally thin intuitive eating friends tend to overeat in restaurants. Its just against human nature to leave food staring you in the face.I will probably try to eat out less.=Jodie >> Hi everyone. I haven't been posting much lately.
