Hello Group,

I have been reading and enjoying all the posts. I believe I am

having some IE success as have given up weighing myself for now as it

still has the power to send me into a funk. I feel healthier and

cannot say the last time I overstuffed myself or at when I wasn't

really hungry.

I do enjoy a hot fudge sundae from TCBY once in a while but find I do

not crave sweets as much as I used to and have pretty much settled

into complex carbs such as whole wheat english muffins, oatmeal, soy

milk, salads, veggies,meats etc.

I remind myself periodically that I am not on a diet and it feels

really freeing. I may have overdone the sweets over the weekend

though because I notice I am craving them more this week for sure. I

am really working on slowing down my eating and a recent flare-up of

TMJ has helped with that! I think past overeating as well as stress

and teeth grinding has contributed to that problem.

Exercise-wise I have discovered Dance Dance Revolution on the Wii

game system. I am afraid I am addicted! I can go a full hour and

not want to stop dancing! I highly recommend this as a fun way to

get moving just for the fun of it. We have a precor elliptical and

weights in the basement and I cannot bring myself to use them. I

plan to get the firmer dance pad soon as a way to encourage

continuation. Our weather is finally getting nice so bike riding

will be back in my life too. Anyway I urge all of us to do something

that is fun, gets us moving and is not a chore!

Hope this wasn't too long,

Happy IEing-Deb
