Guest guest
I am taking 100mcg cytomel and added 1 1/4 grains this summer(June) with the hopes of switching back over. No improvement, temps. are bad. Crap, maybe I should've just upped cytomel instead. Will high rt3 show up if I test while on this much cytomel? Guest guest
Yes, thank you, I have cynomel but I'm using up cytomel first. I didn't want to drop NTH again unless it's a RT3 problem. > > Ask Val to send you the source list, if you haven't already. > >
Guest guest
It may but the ratio may still look OK when in actuality it is not. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
I'm having a hard time making a decision. At 1 1/4 grain and 100mcg cytomel, I still feel like crap. I woke this morning with a temp. of 95, obviously the thyroid-s isn't working. I've had heart pounding/high pulse for 2 years now. If I go to the cardio or ER, they'll say that I'm hyper based on 0 TSH. The other day, I dropped out 25mcg of my dose of cytomel to test. I woke with a higher pulse and it progressed to 140 and stayed most of the day, it was very scary, doesn't make sense. Numbness got worse too and my left side of my face went numb as well for a few hours. If I wait 2-3 hours past my cytomel dose, my face gets cold and my teeth hurt so I know that cytomel is helping. So, if testing Rt3 isn't a good idea, I want to switch back to all t3, again. Should I drop the 1 1/4 grain and add 12mcg? I take 25mcg 4x's per day already, so where do you think I should add it? -- Subject: Re: RT3To: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, September 2, 2009, 3:01 PM It may but the ratio may still look OK when in actuality it is not. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthet hyroidmadness. com/ http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ NaturalThyroidHo rmonesADRENALS/ http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ RT3_T3/ http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
It sounds to me like you needed the salt WAY more than you know. I have seen those results form just taking salt. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
You're right and I have been craving salt as well. Once I figured out that I could put some salt into my mouth and chase it was water it was a whole lot easier than taking a glass of it. I had a hard time swallowing the salt water. Is this something to be continued forever or do I just cut back later when I test to see if my levels have come up? It sounds to me like you needed the salt WAY more than you know. I only know sea salt is supposed to be better but it only makes a difference if you eat an enormous, impractical amount on a regular basis. Guest guest
UNREFINED is the key here as it not only contais sodium btu abou 80 trace minerals as well, and the refining process ADDS stuff to table salt (regular iodized table salt) to prevent it caching that is the poisonous addition. That and pure sodium chloride is NOT good for us. Sea salt is whta I use (Celtic or Himalayam Pink) and i do nto use ridiculous amounts. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon a day is NOT much salt,. If oyu put a pinch in all the water you drink for the day you will see how quickly that amount adds up wiht out even noticing oyu ar takign a good dose of healthy salt and minerals. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
