Help with omega 3's

I need some advice on getting omega 3's into my son.He just doesn't

do well with cod liver oil.The only nut that he is doing well with is

macadamia nuts.Before scd,he took flax oil,but now that's out.If

anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.We also tried

fish oil and it's the same way as cod liver oil.Thanks.

Can he eat eggs? I am finding eggs with extra Omega 3's at the grocery, and

since the kids each eat 2+ a day, I figure that can only help.
