So we aren't suppose to take calcium with our Cytomel?? Is there anything else we aren't suppose to take at the same time??

Val-do You Take Your T3 Sublingually or Do You Swallow It?--VAL

I just started taking Cytomel 3 times a day yesterday. I used to swallow it and then went to sublingual. I don't think it is helping me much sublingually and I want to go back to swallowing it. How do I dose it when taking it 3 times a day and when can I take my multi (calcium) so it doesn't interfere with the T3?Thanks,

Iron is another main one that you shouldn't take with your thyroid meds.

How much are you taking? You vcan take calcium 1 hour after T3 or three

hours befroe it.

Though there si nto the usual losses a swith a T4 medication, I stil

think calcium and IRON shoudl be kept away from meeting with it in the

stomach.

How much T3 or how much calcium? I am taking 5 mcgs Cytomel 3 times a day. How

do I dose it please?

Keep away from meeting in the stomach from swallowing it? Sublingually does it

matter?

I feel really bad. Very slow and a terrible exhaustion and can't think clearly.

I am not this bad every day but off and on some days. Is this low thyroid or

adrenal?
