We are working on building Excellence in Instruction. I am looking for some input from those of you out there who work with New Employees coming out of education programs and entering the profession for the first time. The input we are looking for is, What areas are you seeing students/New Employees to be weak in. What areas are you having to spend more time and money on training these New Employees that could be improved upon by educational programs. Your input would be really appreciated.
