I usually have a bit of a weight gain that week, with a loss immediately afterwards. As long as your weight loss is consistent, and a four pound a month weight loss is quite good, I would just plod along. You COULD exercise more, which might accelerate your weight loss. And I would definitely add exercise if you aren't already doing it. A loss of a pound a week, consistently since April, is laudable, healthy, admirable, sustainable, enviable.
